Starting a thread to include LPH rankings and updates on District / Regional / State tournament games. A single place for thoughts, game scores, highlights, and rankings that drastically change this time of year.

LPH Bantam B 2/26/09:
1 WAYZATA BLUE – Plays OMG for D3 #1 seed 2/28.
2 Sauk Rapids – (2-0) D10 round robin, plays Blaine (1-1) on 2/28, then potentially Elk River for finals.
3 Duluth East – First D11 game on 2/28.
4 Eagan Blue – First D8 game vs Woodbury blue 2/27.
5 Osseo/Maple Grove - Plays Wayz Blue for D3 #1 seed 2/28.
6 Wayzata Gold – 2nd round loss to OMG, but could still play loser of OMG / Wayz blue for D3 #2 seed 3/1.
7 Edina Green – Eliminated, lost first two D6 games to Burnsville and Apple Valley.
8 Minnetonka - Eliminated, lost first two D6 games to Edina white and Eden Prairie.
9 Burnsville – Plays in D6 semi final vs. Edina White 2/26.
10 Edina White - Plays in D6 semi final vs. B’ville 2/26.
11 Eden Prairie – D6 wild card winner, plays AV on 2/26.
12 River Heights – Plays first game vs Lakeville South on 2/27.
13 Woodbury Blue - Plays 2nd D8 game vs Eagan blue on 2/27.
14 Apple Valley – D6 first round loss to Edina white, plays EP on 2/26.
15 Elk River - (2-0) D10 round robin, plays Centennial (1-1) on 2/28.
16 Eagan Green – Plays 2nd D8 game vs Woodbury white on 2/27.
17 Lakeville South - Plays 2nd D8 game vs River Heights on 2/27.
18 Princeton - (1-1) in D10 round robin. Plays Andover 2/28.

I worked this game: Burnsville is much better then Edina White... Burnsville will sweep them Saturday and Sunday. EW will be satisfied with the #2 seed.

bville won 3-1 vs AV. great game both teams played really good it was 1-1 going into the 3rd and bville scored twice in the first1min. on a 5on3 and 5on4 . The refs was bad and called every thing he gave both teams unsportsman penalties all game. But overall a fun game to watch.

DE and Duluth Lakers go to regions. play Sunday at noon for #1 and #2 seeding. Lakers beat Moose Lake 6-4 and DE beat Hermantown 5-0 in last games today.
