Just curious if there have been any other 8 seeds upset #1. I can't think of any in recent memory. Congrats to St. Paul Johnson.

This was a #1 seed I pretty much knew had no chance of going to state. The senior class were pretty much bottom feeders in District 2 every year growing up. Nice season though. Congrats.thorhockey wrote:![]()

Saw it comin at the drop of the puck. The coach and players for Johnson were pumped and ready to go all out
A couple break away goals and two goofy bounce goals sealed the win.
Oh well that's why they play the games.
