Bantam B1 Regionals

Since Regionals start tomorrow, I wanted to set up a place to post scores and up date information. Here is the list of regions and teams.

I agree with gohawk except Wayzata Gold instead of Sauk Rapids and I dont know about Crow River.

Wayzata Blue to win state.

Burnsville beat Woodbury 5-1 and Stillwater 8-1.
Stillwater beat River Hights 4-3 in ot. I think?

Excellent game to watch...

Wayzata Blue leading 4-1 over Elk River at the end of 2

Sauk Rapids will play the loser of the above game.
Wayzata Gold will face the winner tomorrow.

Roseau 1 , 3 OTs (Awesome game! EGF scored in the first and Roseau tied it up with around a minute 30 to go in the game. Intense overtimes. EGF won it 5:38 into the third OT)

Sauk Rapids vs Elk River...

Most excellent game. Elk River scores first and leads 1-0 through the game.

Sauk Rapids ties it up with less than a minute to go (around 20 seconds).

SR draws two penalties during OT. They kill off the first and lose on a breakaway during the second Penalty.

Elk River and Sauk Rapids played an awesome game!!! Two very tough teams.

It's too bad both can't go to state either team is capable of winning at State.

Refs did ok...They let the boys play and only called two penalties in the first.

Sauk Rapids finished 53-3 (2 of the three losses to Elk River). A most excellent season!!!

Final score Elk River 2 Sauk Rapids 1 (OT)

On the flip side...

I see River Lakes makes state out of the south region...

Anyone know why district 4 & 5 would be in the same region???

Gotta love tournament time...

Burnsville and Eagan blue made it to state Burnsville beat wbl black 6-1 and I don't know what the score was for Eagan
