Re: Mr. Hockey Finalists....
Might be a good idea to wait and see who is even going to be playing or who might leave early before we try and determine who the finalists will be??The51 wrote:2009-2010 season mr. hockey finalists?

Nate Schmidt- D- Minnesota
Derek Forbort- D- North Dakota
Mark Alt- D- Minnesota
Troy Hesketh- D- Wisconsin
And whoever else commits to a WCHA school as a Defenseman.
Seems to be the trend the last five years 5 years why not keep it going...

I am sure there will be more but this is some of the names you may see on it if they all stayed.
I thought Bjugstad was going to be a junior.southernmnscout wrote:Forbort-DEThe51 wrote:sorry let me rephrase this... who should we look to be some of the mr. hockey finalists next year assuming no one leaves?

He is playing in the USHL but he said who would be the finalists if nobody left.winter15 wrote:they said in a article that nate schmidt plans on spending his senior season in the ushl, less that changes hes not up for the award.
And halla, you are correct about Bjugstad being a junior---my bad!
Throw Hekseth in place of Bjugstad on my list than.
I was thinking the same thing when i looked over the list of Mr Hockey winners.hockeyjunkie2 wrote:Nate Schmidt- D- Minnesota
