The list was handed out at the end of the season banquet by the head coach from a SEC conference school so if anyone has any additions/corrections please post them.midwesthockeyscout wrote:I find it puzzling that there are 5 goalies names all-conference, yet only 6 defenseman. My point was about losing credibility was the fact 5 goalies made the team. I could understand two, with the other three making honorable mention, but five is ridiculous. And, even though I was privy to watch a couple WBL games this year, I am surprised that Brent Putney was named defenseman of the year. I am not even sure if he was the best defenseman on the team. He wasn't in the couple games I saw.
