Big Nine - Huskies or Dogs?

Post by pillar22 »

With the departure of Paulsen and Kozelka, Owatonna's D will be young and inexperienced this year. There is also rumor that both Wagoner and Snorek will be gone to pursue other hockey teams - if that comes about, Owatonna will sink fast in the Big 9 standings.

Johnson, Pirkl, Feichtinger, Ebeling, Larson will end up being their top players - will it be enough? Probably not - alot will also depend on their goaltending - Paulsen, the younger brother of Grant will be a JR - not one varisty start last year - he could have easily been put in during a game against Austin or a non-conference win against Waseca but for some reason was not. Only time will tell.
