Absolutely. He's a strong forward, tough to knock off the puck, and put his time in last year making room for the transfer. It's his turn now...

I agree completley. He got off to a fast start last year notching at least a point in each of his first ten games. Gotta cut down on the stupid mistakes though

Very good player. Think East could have got more out of him the last two years but fro some reason Randolph hasnt taken advantage of his offensive skills. It was interesting as he was not on the power play but anytime East pulled the goalie and neded a goal Randolph had him on the ice. If he would have played with Tardy last year I bet he would have scored 25 goals. I know he is trying out for Elite and in my opinion he should be a lock for the top 12 forwards for the North.

Lutzka in the Elite league? You bet! Might be the best forward in Duluth next year.

Even with Tardy, East had some problems burying goals when they needed them last year. Kyle is definitely one of the players I am looking for to step up next year and solve that problem. He isn't the biggest kid but is probably has the best raw goal-scoring ability of anyone returning to the team. If he can take a role as a real offensive leader on this team, it'll be a huge boost to their chances of defending the section title.

Saw him in a tourney last weekend playing for the AAA Ice Dogs. He didn't do much other than take a lot of cheap shots. I was underwhelmed at best by his play. I expect he'll take the upcoming HS season a bit more seriously.

TOurney this weekend

Played for the MN Moose this weekend in Duluth Tourney - a number of really dumb penalties. He needs to work on his discipline alot - I mean ALOT - if he intends to contribute to the East squad this year. He has the skills to be a great leader...of course this means he has the skills to be a poor leader as well - it's really up to him.

Johnny Blascoe, Derek Forbort, Nolan Meyer, Andy Welinski, Kenny Mellin, Matt Cooper - may have been others I missed. A number of Marshall, Denfeld, & Superior kids as well.

25 sheet power...and folks wonder why he left.
