Megan Malwitz Benefit Fund

Current Minnesota Crunch Defender Megan Malwitz (ThiefRiver Falls Minnesota Has been diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma. Malwitz has already under gone significant treatment and now is facing a stem cell transplant at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. The Minesota Crunch are organizing a benefit drive for Megan and her family to assist in the expense involved in this 6-8 week process in Rochester. A bank account in Megans name will be set up at the Grand Rapids State bank. We are calling on our hockey family north south east or west to help us help Megan and her family. The Minnesota Crunch will also play a Benefit game for Megan in Grand Rapids Oct 23rd against the Westman Manitoba Team. A spagetti Dinner will be held October 19th at the Grand Rapids Eagles Club from 5-7 pm as well Clafton Skate of Grand Rapids will also conduct a skate sharpening weekend where all fee's for skates sharpened will go to the cause ,
