Joe is gonna have to work really hard if he wants to produce at that level. Joe was a D-I player playing D-3 hockey. He never was really challenged in his time with Hamline. He and Fulton were always the best 2 players on the ice (even if the rest of their team wasn't good until these past 2 years) and that won't be the case anymore. He's really got to give it all he's got but i'm sure if he is focused and does the work he will be fine.
