Eligible for youth hockey?

If a kid plays JV hockey last season, would they be eligible to move down to youth hockey the next season to a bantam b team? Anyone know the rules of Minnesota Hockey and the state high school league?

If he is under the age of 19 (sounds like he is), than he should be eligible. He can't play on both JV and a youth team during the same season.

In order to be bantam eligible he would have to be born July 1st 1994 or after.
