Sad comment on how far down the IRC has fallen. There used to be 11 teams in the IRC, almost all of them competitive with anyone in the state: International Falls, Hibbing, Eveleth, Greenway, Grand Rapids, Virginia, Aurora-Hoyt Lakes, Gilbert, Ely, Chisholm, and Babbitt.
