Rivervalley (Wisconsin combined team)

Hastings

PCY01 (I don't know where that team came from)

Prior Lake

White Bear Lake

Stillwater

Desmoines Bucks

Wessy's Boys

Technically it was a Jr Gold B tourney. Stillwater and Hastings were the only two U16 teams there.

There's a big tourney coming up in January in Blaine. The top U16 teams will all be there.

I thought Wessy's boys were probably the 3rd best team in the Tourney. It was a toss up between Stillwater and the River Valley team we played for the championship and then Wessy's boys were pretty solid I thought.

I think we beat them by 3 goals but they had some bad luck ect.

Minnetonka won the Edina U16 tournament and Eagan Green took 3rd with a 3 OT win over Edina Green

I'm guessing it is going to be a very close, competitive game. From what I've read and the scores, the teams that either beat us or played us tough, you guys either beat or played tough.

I'm looking forward to it.

Wow, we called that one Happy. Very good, close game. I thought we were doomed because we couldn't stay out of the penalty box. I believe we had a total of 9 penallties! And then that goal with 26 seconds left-I think the refs could have called a penalty at your blue line?

Anyway, that's a nice team you guys have. I'm sure we'll be seeing you again.

Yes it was a great game, you guys have good size and speed, it took everything we had to stay with you. We are small but scrappy. Yeah they could have called a penalty there but I've seen worse, I WAS really hoping for the tie though, lol. Goodluck, maybe we will play again in the playoffs.
