JM 4
Mayo 2
The Austin Transfer Tayler Sederquest that hurt his knee finally played in the game and got an assist on the second goal. Time to cap-off Hockey day Minnesota with an Ice Hawks win and a Wild win.
ps- Don't worry Viking fans Percy Harvin will play tomorrow against the saints. (Go Vikes!!)

Agreed. Would you say the source of the problem is mostly Woodley, the defenseman or the forwards?schwang17 wrote:Jefferson's gotta shore up that defense. Giving up goals to Kennedy?Jefferson17 wrote:Another varsity score...
Jefferson 14, Kennedy 1
Obviously it's a combination of all three but what seems to be the weakest?

It's one goal. Nobody is perfect. With JV forwards and D playing in this game (most likely) I think a goal to anyone is inevitable. I'm a Jefferson fan, but I can't believe you're picking at a negative from a 14-1 win. Their strength this year lies in their offensive weapons and offensive defensemen, not in their goaltending or defensive depth (because they lack in both areas). With that said, I think Lindquist will come to realize that he should start to play sophomore goalie Eric Fabano. Fabano played in the game on Thursday vs. Chaska/Chan. and looked quicker and more reliable than Woodley. Woodley has proven inconsistent and I don't think Lindquist can afford to blow this season, as he has an incredible amount of talent and experience in Herbert, Faust, Pauluk, Dietzler, and Knight, all of whom are playing in their third varsity season.schwang17 wrote:Jefferson's gotta shore up that defense.
