Who are the fastest bantams in the state?

I know we always hear about the kids with the great hands and the big checks. But having speed being one of the highest aspects of the game, that talent seems to be forgotten at times. So i was wondering if anybody could us know some of the names of the fastest bantams in the state and who they play for.

Who cares about speed if the kids can't skate with the puck? Can any of the other kids skate laterally? I saw 17 from OMG and he can't even controll the puck on his stick.
