how many people go all conference?

how many people go all conference?
is it a certian number of forwards and D from each conference? anyone know how it works?

selected all-conference and only 3 d-men.We believe that depending on where you finish in the standings dictates how many all-conference members there are, and, I am gathering, the coach just awards them all-conference, and there is no vote.
Then, if there are individual awards, like MVP, that gets voted on by the coaches.
I can't tell you if this is accurate, or if it's the same with every conference.
