All this crap talk about virginia beating silver bay 22-0 is getting old and ridiculous. Who cares that virginia won by that score. I watched this game and just about every shot virginia took went in. The goalie looked like he didnt care. What is virginia just going to stop shooting the puck? get real. it was playoffs and they were gearing up to be playing their best hockey, if that comes with 22 goals, so be it. Its not the coaches fault. He rarely played his first 2 lines staring in about the second period. Silver Bay was very respectful, never got chippy or anything. they even told virginia players that they hope they go to state and to keep playing. The mercy rule is 6+ goals, running time in the 3rd. Doesnt mean you have to stop scoring! Silver bay should think about a co-op with two harbors. its the only way they'll ever compete. This win was not the coaches fault. quit bashing him. his team is going to state. GET OVER IT!

What Virginia did was classless and uncalled for, but I am also sick of hearing about it. This game happened a LONG time ago.

forgetting about the 18-0 win over them in the regular season. yeah i do the silver bay coach credit for not pulling his guys after the 2nd. i think this should be locked cause the mercy rule really is its own thing with peoples ideas. you guys keep bringing it up.

No other coach besides Keith would allow their team to score that many goals or points(56 total in one game). Virginia is very lucky Silver Bay didn't get cheap and end Garrett's season. I hope Minnetonka destroys them 22-0 next year, then Virginia will know what it feels like.
