Three flips to help players with some off ice workouts. Most of this can be done at home/weight room/gym/outside. Russian box can be done bare foot (all workouts) to strengthen feet and work toes. Each exercise can be done 2-3 sets, three times per week, one or two times a week in season. Boxing is done for quickness, competitiveness and raising heart rate, not to promote fighting. I hope this helps those players who are looking for a workout.

Here is another off ice workout that is great for raising heart rate & development of lower body strength.Bigs wrote:A couple of Flips to help players with some off ice workouts.
