In the U16 AAA Elite level has two Minnesota teams. The Blades and the Waterloo Blackhawks. Both have played a decent fall schedule and both are quality teams. It will be interesting how they fare. Boys high school season starts in a week so their players will be ready.

Anyone know why SLP is not playing in the elite division?

I'll guess because they draw their team from a smaller community, primarily St. Louis Park and south Minneapolis. Most Elite level teams draw their players from a wide region and even multiple states. Probably the right place for a community based team. It will be very interesting how a top 20 MN association bantam A team competes in a strong AAA tourney.

The U-16 Project Prep team for the Minnesota Blades is still undefeated. Hopefully they can pull through and win it all!
