Eden Prairie (6-2) vs Maple Grove (6-2-1) 12-29-10 5pm

Post by HShockeywatcher »

While none of the wins of Maple Grove's schedule pop out to me as coming against "quality" opponents, they have 1 goal losses against both Wayzata and Benilde and a tie with Blaine.
Eden Prairie started the year 5-0 and since have played 3 of the state's top teams going 1-2 in that stretch.

While Eden Prairie is definitely the favorite, this game should be very competitive and fun to watch.

Mostly because Maple Grove winning would create a couple match ups that would otherwise not happen this season. EP/Wayzata for example, will happen 2 times this season already.

You do realize that EP is quite a bit better than Maple Grove right? Who doesn't want to see 3 EP Wayzata matchups anyways? At least then they don't split the season series.

From seeing them play; if they can keep it in MG's zone all night, they will dominate. Otherwise, I'm sure it'll be a very good game. MG has also done very well against good competition.

Yea but after sections it's all over for one of them. Having 3 games between them would help with section seedings.

When you click the "FULL SCREEN" button on myFOXhockey, all it does is take the same size picture, center it and put black all around it

Can't make the picture any bigger? Watching on my TV and I have to squint to see anything

1-0 EP after 1. Chances galore for the Eagles, they look in control but it's still early.

HSW,

RIGHT click on the square looking icon in the lower right and select Video scale: Stretch, then click on the same icon again (LEFT Click) and it should go to full screen.

Good luck!
