Rum River Renegades

Post by Mr Hockey »

Thanks to the numerous people that showed up today for the Rum River Renegades tryouts.

I know many people are excited about the opportunity to skate in the far north metro on the team!!!

People from Anoka, Becker/Big Lake, Cambridge, Elk River, Monticello, Mora, North Branch, Pine City, Princeton, Saint Cloud, Saint Francis, Saint Michael, and Sauk Rapids showed up.

For those of you that were not there today please check out the website at www.northlandhockeygroup.com for more information about the Rum River Renegades AAA Hockey Team. There will be another tryout on Tuesday, March 1st. Thank you

It was probably those "hottest" sublimation jerseys. :D

People love those things.

Don't skate for these guys... Skate with the Wolf Pack. We have goalies. The rum guys don't even have any goalies and have to beg guys to come out.

You want to skate with the pack!! The Wolf Pack is the Hottest AAA club in town.

Don't be a lone wolf, be part of the Wolf Pack.

The Pack has got your Back!!!

I have no affiliation with any of these teams but from looking at other post it sounds like the "Wolfpack" is begging for people to come out and skate for them....This is not the only discussion on AAA hockey where you have stated and I paraphrase "don't skate for them, skate for the wolfpack"

I for one have a son who is a birth year 1998 and a 2nd year Pee Wee A...He skated with a 97 team last year and I'm looking for a 98 team for him to skate with this year..and to be honest the way you come across would discourage people from wanting to skate with the "wolfpack". My opinion only, others may feel differently..

I've tried to coach for the wolfpack, I've tried to get my kid in the "wolfpack." All to no avail, the wolfpack is beyond elite level play.

Hands down, the first AAAA team in the state.

It's easier to get on the United State Olympic team than it is to get into the Wolfpack. The genetic testing portion of the qualification process is where most are culled out.

My son has played for the "Pack" for the past four years. The reason most pretenders don't make it through the genetic testing is they miss the deadline for having stem cells submitted within 24 hours of birth. Unlike the rest of you wannabes, my son has a guaranteed ticket to the NHL.

Numbers

The numbers for the second tryout should be equal if not better than the first tryout. Many people from the northern suburbs have already registered.

Please register at www.northlandhockeygroup.com. Thank you.
