Well time to put a wrap on 2010 - 2011...Congrats to EP on their Championship, Congrats Duluth East on a great year and Championship game, you guys have a knack for playing in awesome overtime games in the State Tourney. Congrats Eagan on a nice season and State Tournament 3rd place finish, cant wait til next season! Congrats Lakeville North on a great finish to your season, cant wait to see Lindgren next year. It was a really fun High School Hockey season to watch, with all the parity and upsets it really kept us guessing. The section playoffs brought 5 overtime games to decide winners and the other 3 were won by a goal. STA/Breck, go AA please, your Class A Championship is meaningless really. Go prove yourselves with the BIG boys. Next year looks like its going to be a GREAT year with so many teams at both levels returning so many top players. As for my critics on here, I have enjoyed doing battle with you over our respective opinions and look forward to hashing it out again next year. For now its time to turn my thoughts to spring and summer and spending some quality time at my place up north soaking up some rays, downing some cold ones and reeling in some BIG ones!! The time will fly and soon snowflakes will be falling and the puck will drop on another exciting hockey season. Til then..Be safe. Over and Out.
