D10 Squirt A teams
What do the Squirt A teams in D10 look like this year?
Coon Rapids is carrying 14 skaters and two goalies this year. We have two returning from last year's A team, but then the rest of the team is new. Four are moving up from the B team, 2 from the C team, one move in and 2 came back from Minnesota Made, and finally three off the Mite squad. We have had a about a week of practices. We have some good skaters and a couple kids I think can score. Not sure what we're going to get from the goaltenders this year. Just have to wait and see.
Tonight we have our first scrimmage against Spring Lake Park. They beat us earlier during our tryout scrimmage. Hope tonight we can do better. Go Cardinals.

Squirt A- D-10
MM4life:
Can you take a stab at ranking the list?
(Inc. Rogers)
Where would Edina fall? between Andover and Anoka?

*Guessing these three end up the cream of the crop ... tons of 2nd year (at least 10 on each squad), even a few 3rd year squirts. Top end summer talent on these squads as well.
-SLP, Coon Rapids, and Mora. Associations that go from A to B2 normally have a line or more of kids they need to hide. Bad match-ups can and normally will be exploited by coaches starting at this level.
... for what it's worth anyways.
Too bad these boys can't make the trip to Fargo. They could make some noise.
