Suburban East Saturday 12/3

Post by WHAFightingSaints »

Four conference match ups today in the SEC. Let the race begin, Roseville and Forest Lake are off today, they opened the conference season on Thursday night with a typical SEC overtime battle with the Raiders coming from 3 goals down to win. I expect a few more of these type of games today.

Mounds View at Hastings 3:00
Can the Mustangs rebound after their disappointing loss to Tartan? Hastings is looking for their first win of the season.

Woodbury at East Ridge 6:30
The Royals come in with a perfect 3-0 record and will look to keep their momentum going against their newest rival. The Raptors look to bounce back from an OT loss to Apple Valley after winning their first two games.

Stillwater at Park-Cottage Grove 7:30
Season opener for the Ponies, Wolfpack earned a victory over Tartan to start the season.

Cretin-Derham Hall at White Bear Lake 7:30
Both teams come in with season opening wins, Raiders man-handled Blake while the Bears took care of Rochester Century last week 6-2. This game could tell us a lot about both teams early.

Not the start I expected for the Mustangs after reading all the pre-season hype.

Bears 2-0 with an empty netter.
Schletty comes up big is my call.

I just want to see the other lines be productive. Last game all the scoring came from line 1. Which isn't that bad (See last year lol) but depth wins in the end.
