There are many but will settle on the ones I've been watching lately...
'96 DE/AV:
I think what makes me laugh more than anything was how AV knew of the Spehar threat and still ended coughing up the puck in their own zone to him only to have Goering thwart him. I thought his best save was the deflected slap shot that he skate saved. Worth it alone to watch Westrum create. Dwyer with the winner.

'97 semi: HM/Edina
Although overshadowed by last years semi, this one was quite fun for its end-to-end play (especially the second OT). Sampair (Brandon?) was stopped on breakaways twice by Edina's Jeff Hall. He was one of the last stand-up goalies (more that than hybrid IMO) I can recall as he made a critical point blank save before Edina came down and scored on Sam Cornelius's screened slap shot. It was 4-4 by the middle of the second period, but no more goals would come till the third OT. HM's Carey would give up 3 goals on the first 4 SOG before settling down. Edina's Jeff Yurecko had to be amongst the hardest shots in HS hockey. His wrist shot from deep was a threat. (He hit the pipe on Kyle Kohlquist in the final.) An entertaining game with the crowd really getting into the excitement.
