SSP

How are they doing this year? Are they having a down year? Is this just talent leaving or is this program starting to receed as a state A powerhouse?

Ah, its been quite awhile since SSP has been a Class A powerhouse, or any powerhouse for that matter.

I agree with Happy on this one. The Packers' hockey program had some decent seasons here and there in recent years (that's being generous); however, they were not considered a powerhouse. It has been awhile since they had the powerhouse label.

They currently have a 8-11 record (4-7 in the CSC); its easy to say they are not having a stellar year. They're in section 4A so its going to be tough for them to make back to State anytime soon; this is considering STA & Mahtomedi are in the same section.
