Re: Top 50 PWA Players (Day 2)
Freds Article - Over the next four days, the top 50 players that I have seen will be posted. Each day, a dozen or so kids will be featured along with a picture of each player taken at some point during the season.YouthHockeyHub wrote:Freddie knocks out 13 more deserving kids...write up and pics of some nice PWA players in Minnesota.

Are you still going to do the summary?YouthHockeyHub wrote:Day 1: http://youthhockeyhub.com/top-50-pwa-players-day-1/

Used to enjoy Fred's description of a game if missed, or his passionate argument of a MN hockey issue, but cannot say enjoyed his writings of the articles on "top 50 pwa ..." so far. Little or no context to show how great the player(s) is or are.
Very disappointed.
If Tony Scott decides to publish the summary, please give Freddie a break.

I think it is great that Tony Scott's YHH site give Frederick a platform so more people can see his thoughts on Pee Wee hockey. Never met the man, but F61 no doubt has great intentions.
As has been pointed out, the problem is if someone gives his comments too much credence.
No matter how many games one goes to - and I am pretty certain nobody sees more teams play than F61 - there are about 150 PW A teams in Minnesota and one person would have to claim "limited viewing" on about 98% of all Pee Wee A players.
On top of that, people have biases. Most awards aren't given out by one person for that reason.
Kudos to Tony for YHH. Big ups to Frederick for his passionate support of youth hockey. Hopefully this serves as a reminder that there is nothing good that can come from singling out individuals at such a young age.

Be kind. Rewind.
