Game/ practice schedule game out yesterday. Roster didn't come out yet. 1st practice is Sept. 19 for Elite 1 and games start on 9/21-23rd at SCSU. Most games and practices are at Fogerty Arena.

Any word on the Developmental Elite League? Not the Elite II.

Are there both this year? A few years ago the boys Elite II changed the name to Elite Developmental.

There are possible 2 development teams. Their practices start a day or 2 earlier that the Elite1 practices. In the past they have used they Development players as subs for Elite 1 games. It looks like they also will have a couple of games on a couple of the weekends.

They start on 9/16 and end on 10/22. They will have practices and scrimmages and a couple of weekends of games.

When will they post Elite I rosters? Thought it was 8/9?

I'm unaware of "Developmental" teams. There are some good players on the Elite II's, but obviously not the top kids.

I believe last year it was about a week or so before 1st weekend games. They maybe more involved with the Jr. Whitecap Jamboree and the NAHA tournament over Labor Day weekend in Vermont at this moment. Most of the girls on Elite 1 teams are from the 2 Jr. Whitecap teams, invites from the 16/17's National Camp (St. Cloud) that are not W/Cap players. They then try to split them evenly between 3 Elite teams.

I've been periodically looking for some info on the Elite League as well, but have seen nothing on the Hub. As far as the games schedule goes, I do see three games against Elite League teams on SSM's schedule here:

Practices are Wednesdays and games are $5 for adults. Not sure the breakdown from there.

As was mentioed above, the 2011 rosters, results, etc., were on the girls hockey hub until a few weeks ago when the Elite I link was removed from the programs menu. All information related to last year's league appears to have been deleted. As far as I am aware, the only information about this year's league that is available online is what has been posted in this thread other than the the Let's Play Hockey article linked to above with the rosters. Two years ago the girls league information was on the boys elite league site (http://www.hselitehockey.com), so maybe the results will eventually end up there??

Black 2-1

Red beat Belle Tire 8-3, White 5-2 and Westman's Wildcats 2-1.
White beat Winnipeg Auros 7-2?, lost to Red, beat Granite City LJ 7-0?
Black lost to Westman Wildcats 5-2, beat Belle Tire 7-1?, beat Chigao YA ?

Sorry the best of my knowledge.

Also the Elite D (development) team filled in and went 2-1.

And yes that was Sidney Crosby at the game watching his sister.
A class act. Signed autographs and took pics with the young kids as well as most of the elite league girls. Made a lot of young fans pretty excited.
