Prior Lake over Hopkins 4 to 2: Noticed the hub sadi hopkins won 2 to 1 but that is not correct. PL scores 4 unanswered after being down 2. Hopkins looked good for 1st 2 periods and ran out of steam.

The Hub has Brainerd going 6-for-7 on the power play? Yikes!

That throws an interesting wrench into 8AA.

Karl - Without a huge about-face, the Taters won't be in the mix this year. They are a VERY mediocre team, as their record (7-7-1) clearly indicates. I have never once in 22 years left a Moorhead game (win, lose, or tie) before the final horn sounded - until tonight. Went home with 3:40 left in the 2nd when the Spuds were down 7-2 with 4 players sittin' in the cooler. Seems like common sense to maybe try & not take penalties when your PK is absolutely atrocious. The team I saw tonite completely lacked any sense of discipline whatsoever and if it were up to me, they'd all be doing Herbies for the next week !
