What is the correct call?

Happened in a game this weekend.

Team A was killing a penalty. Team B was full strength. (4 on 5)
A Delayed penalty is called on Team B, and Team A Scores. Wouldn't Team B have to still serve the penalty, even though Team A scored. If not, Why?
Team A got the goal, and Team B stayed at full strength...

If the delayed penalty is called and Team A didn't score and play is stopped and then at restart it is now 4 on 4, if either team scores it is considered even strength and the opposing player stays in the penalty box...

Let me know what the call should be.

Isn't that rule only in college or NHL. I can't remember which one it is though. I think college.

Here's a question as well for HS referees......Why are a lot of HS goalies wearing illegal cateye cages on their goalie masks?
