Great, now us taxpayers in Ramsey County are probably going to get stuck with it.

With winter becoming a longer and longer entity(see may 2013 snow) perhaps they can simply remove the ice and put in all turf arenas and capture the need for playing space in lieu of the hated "fields are closed" email.

Since this is where my original Locked topic landed there is an interesting article published that follows up on the rumors of mounting debt and the bailout by local business men. Interesting to see if the restructure
allows them out of the leases at Eagan and EP?

Their newly formed Ability Academic and Athletic LLC, acquired certain assets of the school's former owner and operator No Limits Academic and Athletic Development, Inc., and several of it's subsidiary LLC's, without assuming prior liabilities.

According to Greg Gartner, "We felt that this was an amazing concept that lost its core focus along the way. It was obvious the school couldn't survive with the current debt load, so we were able to negotiate a way to structure the purchase to create the stability needed to grow the program into the future."

Not exacty rumors anymore.
