HM is closed, all Hill-sponsored events are postponed. But since the game is at STA, its up to them? HM schedule does not show it as being postponed at the moment.

From the Hill website:

Hill-Murray School is closed today, Thursday, January, 23, 2014 due to cold temperatures. Hill-Murray Theatre's One-Act play scheduled for tonight is cancelled. The boys WILL play their hockey game against St. Thomas Academy tonight as scheduled. However, the boys' basketball game against Simley has been postponed and will be rescheduled.

Everything but the hockey game is cancelled, I don't know if that's a comment on Hill and STA's priorities or if there's just a stronger desire to get the hockey game in.

I think most (indoor) school activities are on around town tonight. (As they should be).

Many public school districts have a policy that when school is closed, after school sctivities are cancelled. This islikely why the basketball between Hill and Simley was postponed. Since Hill and STA are both private schools, the decision on the hockey game was up to the two schools.

Just looking at the Hub. You are correct. Appears to be 50/50 for who's on or off tonight.

Oldies but goldies......

Wish I could make the drive, but might have to go to Idiotville on Saturday/Sunday and my system cannot handle that amount of Lulicism.
