MN hockey rules & juniors

Does anyone know the rules about being able to practice with NAHL teams. Do kids have to miss games for 2 weeks for practicing with NAHL teams? Please let me know if anyone has any info on these "rules" it would be very much appreciated.

MSHSL bylaw 208 -1-A, 2 weeks for the first offense.
