4AA section quarterfinals

Post by inthetwine »

In the past, 4AA quarterfinals were all held on the same day at Aldrich. It was a fun day, and you could watch 4 games, which usually included at least 1 upset. This year, all on same day, but at high seed. What a shame, ruins a fun day. I wonder what the reason for the change is?

Easily greatest quarterfinal ever. One of the biggest upsets ever. And to do it down 5-1 with 5 minutes to play and never pull your goalie. I'll never see another thing like it...

That end to end rush is spectacular, Doug Zmolek did that at the Met Center to send John Marshall to state a long time ago.

It is hard to tell from how far away the video is shot from but it doesn’t look like the goalie had a melt down, more like WBL just didn’t take the body when they should have.
