What can MSHSL do that MLB couldn’t

How can MLB have So many problems in their season? What can High School hockey do that MLB couldn’t? Miami, Philadelphia, St Lious, Yankees, Mets, Milwaukee, all list games to this thing.

All right I will bite. How many of them positive baseball players have died? How many of them baseball players ended up in the hospital? Why did the MLB not stop all games?
