Bengtson, Brodeen, and Oshie!

With T J Oshie leading the state with at least 95 points so far, these three have combined a staggering 215 points, at least, between them this season heading into the State Tournament! That's just the tip of the iceberg! These three, along with Hardwick and Olimb and the rest including Aaron Marvin's great wrap around goal to spark the W<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... lasses.gif ALT="8)"> RRI<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... lasses.gif ALT="8)"> RS onslaught, were a sight to behold during the "Championship" victory in TRF, as well as the rest of the Section 8 A tourney, as they outscored their opponents 26 to 2 in front of dazzled crowds in Thief River Falls! These guys aren't kiddin'! They're the only UNDEFEATED team in the state! When the puck drops down south, You best not be late! Its nice to see brodeen getting some respect on here. I remember 2 years ago when warroad took it all, we were all bragging him up. Only to have him outshadowed by Oshie in the state tournament and everyone on here telling us he was average at best. They found a great way to feed off each others talent. Gonna be a fun tournament!

Great game last night by the whole team but these three were without any question the best on the ice last night. Brodeen in my mind was the MVP of the sections. Oshie was outstanding as always so was Benger! With these three winning state will be the next big step GO WARRIORS

What's he got? At least 55 points so far? That's just this season! How 'bout Ben Bengtson? What's he got? At least 65 points so far! This guys intense! Not only will he bury the puck but he'll also thump a few guys along the way in short order too ! He's got speed and is very good with the puck and and never seems to let up ! You put him and Oshie and Brodeen out there with Eric OLimb(55 points at least) and Kyle Hardwick (60 points) (at least <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /laugh.gif ALT=":lol"> ) on D in front of UNDEFEATED Thiele in the net, and you are talkin' 330 combined points on the ice at the same time not counting Thiele's assists! <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /alien.gif ALT="0]"> <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /devil.gif ALT=":evil"> <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/roll.gif ALT=":rollin"> That's without even gettin' into sophomore Aaron Marvin's 46 points elsewhere on the roster! The starting Line last night was Oshie Brodeen, Bengston -forwards Olimb Hardwick - Defense I am a homer when i say this but for my money thats the best 5 in the state on one team, no offense to anyone else but these 5 are super skilled and move the puck well and make plays for each other.

Someone was saying before that Marvin was skating with Oshie and thats why he had so many points and Harren didnt have as many pts this year becuase he isnt skating with oshie. on a side note how good of a player is he i mean 50pts your soph year is huge but than 20pts your junior year?? I think Marvin is a good player, is he on the level of Oshie no but he was great as a youth player and I would bet next season will have another 50 plus point season. He made some great plays last night and a nice short handed goal where he out word the TRF kids behind the net. Marvin wont fall off the map after this season

So who is on Marvins line? I was also gearing that question towards Harren how did his stats fall of so bad? I was told cuz he doesn't skate with Oshie anymore...is that true and is that somthing thats going to happen with Marvin?

No Slappy i am thinking of Joe Harren he had 53pts last year and this year i think he is hovering around 20pts.

I agree with hockeyplaya, harren hasn't put up the numbers he did last year (i heard he sat some games out due to substance violations, not sure how many though) that might be a factor also. And you gotta believe that marvin has his 50-60 pts due to in large part of oshie, not all but a large part. Not taking anything away from the kid, hes fast,big, and works his tail off. I just don't see him or joe harren getting the points they have with oshie again. Marvin might his senior season.

Marvin was on Oshie's line wasn't he? In the beginning of the season, and Brodeen was on the second line. I thought that is how it was anyway. And slappy, you dont even know who your own teamates are? I suppose you are in such a higher category that you dont need too.

221 points at least for this line combined so far! Add Hardwicks goal and two assists yesterday and you are looking at a colossal 340 points for the starting five,not including Thieles assists of course! Slappy, what do you mean "Roseau lost, get over it". I am not in denile over the fact that they did. They were expected to lose. Second, I was just pointing out that I had thought I noticed Marvin with Oshie and Bengsten earlier in the year, that is all im saying. No insults, or bad feelings towards Warroad. Im chearing for them to take it all this year and represent north western Minnesota. And the final thing. Hypocrit!

He didn't look bad yesterday, I mean hell he got star of the game didn't he. He is a big hard working player, but he doesn't have what it takes to carry warroad on his back the next two years.
