Simley is in the conference. They only play once though, so that part is over.

Took HM a period to get completely in gear, but it wasn't close after that. Interested to see how they start to do against better competition.

Forest lake vs White Bear lake should be a decent game

It was decent for a while. Very clean first period - no scoring, no penalties. Shots were 7-5. Then the Bears opened things up in the 2nd period with 3 goals. It was basically over after that, because Forest Lake couldn't generate much offensive pressure. Not a lot of sustained O-Zone time for them at all, and they ended with only 12 shots on goal total. The third period was really ugly - 10 penalties were called. Although, 4 of them were at the same time for a scrum around the net that got ugly.
