Olympic Hockey
Who's gonna win it all? Obviously Canada is the favorite, but Slovakia, Russia & Czech Republic are close 2nds. How's the US gonna do? Right now they are in a helluva game w/ Latvia

What's everyone's thoughts?

Elk River AA State Champions- 2001 Boys & 2004 Girls

US Men
They have looked a lot better in the first two periods against Kazakhstan. Only 3-0 but play is being dominated. Hopefully they can pull an upset in one of the final 3 games against Slovakia, Russia, and Sweden.

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... @mnhs>Blue Breeze at: 2/17/06 1:35 pm

Manly Men
They should be able to beat Sweden especially when they are without Forsberg & Naslund.

Elk River AA State Champions- 2001 Boys & 2004 Girls

Re: Manly Men
They couldn't take down shorthanded Sweden, but they have at least looked better in the past 2 games. It's almost certain they will advance, so hopefully they figure out their goal scoring problems before then. Canada is all of a sudden very beatable after the loss to the Swiss and a 2-0 deficit to Finland after 2.
