Legends is a course I love. Hastings C.C. is a very nice one, too. Mississippi Dunes, good course also.
-TWM22

If you want to talk about about narrow fairways, go play Harbour Town...that course is tighter than a 10 year old.

I caddied at Minikahda C.C. last summer and got to play the course. Great old course with tight fairways and lightning fast greens. They just did a total makeover on a lot of the holes and its def. my favorite. Windsong Farms is also incredible, but very hard to get on, luckily I know a very generous person who belongs. Up north, cant go wrong with deacons lodge or giants ridge.

For the souther part of MN I would have to say the Rochester CC is probably the nicest. Somersby in Byron MN designed by Tom Lehman is another awesome course. And the Jewel designed by Hale Irwin in Lake City is another great one.

Packerboy have you played the Rochester CC???
"my wife tells me I am pathetic with how much high school hockey I go to."

Yes, Ive played all of the courses that I have listed. Some many times.

I like Rochester CC a lot except for those 2 'new' holes but they arent as bad as some say. Its on my list for regional purposes too but I think its a great place.

The Wilderness.............bar none...........private included. You cannot beat this course in Minnesota. It's worth the drive, and the price. It's a photo op on every tee.

Como GC is by far the best. It makes you feel good about yourself, and one time I saw a turtle on one of the greens
