Tournament in Toronto (Stars of Minnesota) or whatever...

I dont quite know the name of the tournament but i heard that there are two minnesota teams going to this 40 team tournament in Toronto. Its at the end of April i think, does anyone know anything more about this? Who is all playing? What teams are all in it? Is it a big thing or what? Just wondering thats all.... <p></p><i></i>
