Edina vs. Burnsville

Wow this one isn't one to forget. in 5 OTs burnsville won 5-4, amazing goaltending on both sides in the OTs. It was a three hour game. I also want to comment on the great sportmenship displayed at the end on the OTs. I saw Edina players hugging burnsville players, this was a dog fight and each team understood how hard fought it was. Watching it took 5 years off your life.<br>Congrats to Bville and i believe Edina will beat Eagan to go to state. Burnsville vs. EP/Hastings will be one to watch i presume. <p></p><i></i>

edina would only play eagan if they win there next game and eagan beats jefferson and then loses to wayzata. <p></p><i></i>

wow this was a great game played by both teams..burnsville won this one with fight and determanation. the first period was ended by a 2-1 burnsville lead..and after the 2nd period burnsville extended it to 4-2. But a difficult 3rd for burnsville let edina tie the game at 4-4. THis brought the game in to over time which burnsville clearly dominated. The top players for burnsville were there goalie, #11, 10,and 12 who scored there winning goal. Also edinas goalie kept them in the game..burnsville is really proving that they are one of the better teams in the state and its going to be a real battle for the winner of ep/hastings. <p></p><i></i>
