Dryland Training

Does anyone know of a good dryland training program for youth age kids (Mites up to Bantams)? Are there any good online guides out there as a baseline or suggestions for things to work on. I have ideas on some things but was just wondering since it is becoming so popular these days, what other programs are doing.
