High School Players Selected for 2006 US Women's Team

The roster was just announced for the 2006 US Women's Team that will participate in the Four Nations Cup in Kitchener, Ont., from November 7-11, 2006. Three high school players were selected for the team: Monique Lamoureux and Jocelyne Lamoureux (Grand Forks, ND) from Shattuck St. Mary's and Hilary Knight (Palo Alto, CA) from Choate Rosemary Hall. Other Minnesota connections include: Goalie, Shari Vogt, Richmond, MN and the Minnesota Whitecaps; Natalie Darwitz, Eagan, MN and the Minnesota Whitecaps; Tiffany Hagge, Minneapolis, MN and the Missisauga Aeros; Gigi Marvin, Warroad, MN and the University of Minnesota; Krissy Wendell, Brooklyn Park, MN and the Etobicoke Dolphins.
