The Lumberjacks took the ice and their first comment was, "Can't wait to beat the Lightening!"

J/K Bobbie, but cant wait to pay my debt off when the two teams do meet.

I'm a bit fired up for the season to start, can't wait. I don't know what to expect from my daughter's team as they are very young. Doesn't matter, as always, it should be a fun.

Bemidji Lumberjacks looked good.
33 to 35 skaters, 3 goalies.

Osborn looked very good in goal but so did the two returning girls.
Lots off speed and strong skaters, some excellent stick and shooting.

Heck, just give us the trophy and meet us at the Excel!

Whoops, jinxed 'em.?.?

who were the other two goalies on the ice? Were they from the 14U team last year coached by Smith?

Bemidji goalies

I did not get their names but believe it was the Port girl who played JV last year and the 14U girl.

Osborn had her name on her back so that made that easy.

Yes, it had to be Sele. Tall athletic girl.
And Smith must be the 14U from last year.
