Where can Kratch Ratings, or similar computer generated team rankings, be found this year?

I should add. I won't be running these until Thanksgiving at the earliest. I just don't see a point until then as it really is statistically poor due to lack of data until about game 10, and even around Thanksgiving, most teams aren't even to game 5 yet...
