Tech vs. Alex
Should be a tight game tomorrow night... Great goalie match up with Justice vs. Kaasa. Any thoughts?

What scores are you looking at? Tech has only dropped four games, and the loss last night shouldn't be one to judge everything upon. Their starting goalie was sick and couldn't make it to the game, and the JV goalie who had only played two varsity games in the past two years had to play. Some of their other top line players were also gone because of being sick. The other games they've lost have been relatively close.

I will HIGHLY doubt more than one will get by Kaasa. The most she has let in all season is three and those are against quality teams. If you watched how close the last game was between these two teams, the one that did get by Kaasa she didn't even see. These teams were evenly matched. It will not be a lopsided score at all. I think Kaasa will outplay Justice.

haha... Just wait for the two weeks to come then. I don't think what ice is being skated on will really make up that big of a difference. If you can say that Alex didn't play to their full potential last time, then it can also be said that Tech didn't either. I don't see how the score could have been a lot worse. Kaasa was absolutely phenomenal in net. If you want to blame it on the ice, go right ahead, but that is a pretty lousy excuse. Tech having a goal taken away for the THIRD straight match up in a row certainly is no excuse either then, right? Come on, there was and will not be any shot of Alex even coming close to blowing Tech out of the water... Bias towards our hometown teams, eh? haha
I don't understand how everyone can be talking about how many great players Alex has while undermining Tech. It's like no one takes note that Tech can match up with Alex's first line with Dold, Green, and Dhein who combine for 82 points. Or is that just not up to par because they don't rack up the score against the tougher teams they play? Come on, I don't care who you are, 82 points on one line is a helluva first line.
Well. I apologize for it being a bit lengthy, but just saying Tech should be given a little more credit. haha
