Lehrke

My opinion I would have to say Zach Lehrke from Park Rapids. He has what it takes to be the best in section 8A. I could not find a flaw in his game. The only downfall I could see is his size. Although size doesn't always matter.

aaron marvin why cause his size, quickness, ability to handle the puck, his shot oh yeah he's a st. cloud recruit and a state champion. and he got drafted i think he is the only one in the section to get drafted.

I have seen him play and he cant shoot like marvin, and he cant pass, I don’t know if its because he cant or what? maybe because his head is down when he has the puck. Yea he is faster but if your that small you have to be. lots of kids are fast that wont get you drafted by the flames.

I would say it is between Lehrke, Marvin, and may be Schiller.

All three of these players play a different style, so it is hard to say who is better. Marvin does have a great shot and the size that can help when playing down low. Lehrke is by far the best skater out of all three, he handles the puck extremely well too. His game is wide open. And i completely dissagree with the comment that he can't pass, he was one of the best passers i watch last year (remember he doesn't have the linemates that Marvin does) Schiller doesn't get around the ice as well as the other two but he can handle the puck and is very good around the net. It's a tough call Lehrke is only a Junior with little help, as does Schiller. Marvin has a little more talent around him. Who knows?

Marvin
Lehrke
Schiller

all good players,

but I have to agree with WHSboomer

only his first name is not Holy,

Billy Gramer, by far the best player.

ive seen marvin and lehrke play several times they are not the same type of player but each of them is very talented at what they do,to stir the pot a bit if lehrke is indeed a 90,marvin is a 87,at a high school level a 3 years differnce in age can make a huge difference

micheal benidick is a very good defensmen. He has started for the varsity team since his freshmen year, and doesnt seem to get much attention because he choose's not to play in elite league. His size hurts him but he makes up for it in speed and strength.

Mike Benedict is a great D-man, he is solid in the defensive zone and can always help to spark the TRF offense. He does get overlooked in the discussions, i don't think it is because people don't know he is talented, he is a defenseman and most of the talk turns to forwards too quickly.

If what you guys are saying is right and lehrke really is a 90 birth year, then WOW!
