Wayzata is clearly the team to beat in this district.

Other than that it's a toss up.

Maple Grove has the talent, but it looks like they're still playing as (selfish) individuals. Do their new young coaches have enough experience behind the bench to help them be successful? Right now I don't see them beating Jake Flemming's well oiled machine. Osseo may not have the talent or size, but they more than have the coaching.

Underachieved? As Pewee A's they lost to Edina in overtime I believe to go to state? Osseo lost by far their best player James Hansen to HS. I believe the game between those two is going to be MG by about 5-6 goals.

You make it sound as if there were the only team ever to lose in a regional final game!!! If I remeber correctly didn't you get smoked by Centennial the following day?

On paper MG is a much better team but that doesn't win games. The fact is Osseo plays as a team and MG doesn't.

Hey I hope MG makes it to regions just so we can end your season again!!

It means the kids know how to win. Your right Maple Grove does look better on paper, and yes Osseo does have a lot of heart, but heart can only take you so far. Last year Osseo had talent, this year they do not. The boys last year took that heart and took advantage of it. I see it being a lot different this year.

No. I am just speaking my opinion that Maple Grove is a better team than Osseo. I am not affiliated with Maple Grove Bantam A. I've seen both these teams play, and I am about 99.9% sure that MG will win this game.

1. Maple Grove-if they pull it together they are definately the best and most talented team in the district, not right now, but in the future i do believe they will be. My prediction is maple grove takes the title.
