There are some huge omissions on that list, I think you're going have to add quite a few forwards to that poll.

Nico Sacchetti Virginia and Jake Hansen should be on the list.

I'm going to have to say "other" as well. As Lapanta and Gorg put it last night, Marvin is a man amongst boys...

Those were two names I was thinking of, along with maybe Aaron Marvin.

Perhaps Zach Budish too, the list can go on for awhile.

Marvin

You know this is an unresearched message board list when Aaron Marvin is not included.

I think Marvin put to bed a lot of the doubters with his performance last night. It has been a long time since i've seen someone take control of the game the way he did. Just the way he can skate through checks and maintain control of the puck, brings back memories of Larry Olimb.

There are many great forwards in the state, but i think TJ and TM are a little ahead of the rest.

I think you could throw Brad Hand from Chaska #28 in the mix as a junior hes a big boy in there and has the threat to score at anytime being close to 6'2 6'3 without skates and 200+ i'd match him up with most of them any day!

I would say Larson and White are better two way players.

Don't know why you would think that. He is noted a lot. Must have his own fan club.

He is a talented player. It's tough to get top notoriety when you are a sophomore. Check for a similar thread next year. He will probably be on it, if he is not in Ann Arbor.

I won't comment on Sacchetti or Marvin as I haven't seen them play, but Reber and Hansen don't deserve to on the list.

While they are VERY talented forwards, this is about the BEST in the state. Reber lacks size and doesn't like passing the puck to anyone on the ice. Yes he is fast, with excellent skills on the puck, but can be stopped. And hansen can be stopped also, put a defender in his face push him around a little and he'll sit in the box the rest of the night. He's too immature (if that weren't the case tho, I think he has the skills to be on the list.) but bottom line he can be stopped also.

LeBlanc from Hermantown should be on that list. The kid has incredible vision on the ice and awesome hockey sense.
