Kessel
I know this doesn't really belong here, but it will get the word out to the hockey fans that deserve it. But Phil Kessel scored the game winner in a shootout tonight against Pittsburgh. So he defeated the cancer and is back to doing what he loves. So cheers to Phil.

pansy? if he skates with a bad groin he could be out for the entire year with re-occuring problems. recovering from cancer and recovering from groin problems are 2 different things in hockey. dont get me wrong, what kessel did is amazing, but we all know gaborik was itching to get out there. it was the gm and coach of the wild that wanted him fully recovered, and i cant blame them. would you want your star player to be injured for another 30+ games because you rushed him?schwang17 wrote:So, basically Kessel just proved how much of a pansy Gaborik really is.
He has the same damn problems every year. Get on a good stretching program or something. The Wild make all of these moves to make Gaborik want to stay around, and quite frankly I wish they wouldn't. MVP caliber player or not. He's turning into a Peter Forsberg type. Unbelievable when he's healthy, BUT HE'S NEVER HEALTHY. I'll say it until Gaborik plays a full season again. He's a damn pansy.sachishi4 wrote:pansy? if he skates with a bad groin he could be out for the entire year with re-occuring problems. recovering from cancer and recovering from groin problems are 2 different things in hockey. dont get me wrong, what kessel did is amazing, but we all know gaborik was itching to get out there. it was the gm and coach of the wild that wanted him fully recovered, and i cant blame them. would you want your star player to be injured for another 30+ games because you rushed him?schwang17 wrote:So, basically Kessel just proved how much of a pansy Gaborik really is.
