Maple Grove definitely had there chance. They might have had a chance if they would have changed goalies after 2 weak goals. Aus out coached MG's WEAK coaching once again. Quite a few bone headed moves by this coaching staff cost these kids their chance. The Cougars are lucky to have a great coachin...

I'm sure Blaine is chomping at the bit for this game. The last game was a bit embarassing for the Crimson. However 4 of the goals were scored on the power play. I'm sure we won't see the dumb penalities this time. They will miss Gaustad on D though. Look for Cosette to step it up a notch. They will ...

Definitely Josh Gross from Maple Grove. The kid is just a smart hockey player. I've never even seen anyone talk about him on this forum. He's number 2 in scoring in the tough NW Suburban Conference. He also has a ridiculous +/- even though he is on the penalty kill. Also, quite a few short handed go...

I wish I could make it to this one. The Cougars HAVE to win inorder to have a chance at the #1 seed in the sectionals. I believe Maple Grove woulds still have the tie breaker with them. However if Blaine wins they'll be in the driver seat for the #1 seed. This game has huge implications. I would asu...

Elk River has a very good shot winning this game. I saw them twice this year against Maple Grove. They were a different team the 2nd time around. I also saw the Cougars twice against Maple Grove. They didn't look that great the 2nd time around. They were way too over confident. I've heard the Elk Ri...

It's going to be a tough game for the Crimson to win. Their 1st line is extremely quick and fast. (Dee, Gross, and Malone) The 2nd line is more physical and takes teams out of their game. (Sinz, Horton, Carlson) Probably would be best to put the 2nd line against Pitlick. The coaching for MG is prett...

Blaine was on fire. They made MG look like a bad team. It just ddn't seem like MG had anyone that could dig the puck out. They didn't look like the same team that has dominated so many games this year. Blaine is going to be tough. It should make for an interesting match up between the Cougars and Be...

GoldThorpe is very close to being correct. MG's coaching is not very good. Hard to say about the goalie comment, because he really hasn't been tested yet. Blaine has played a lot tougher schedule and will help them in this game. MG played a tight game against Centennial, but they were without Pitlic...
